I designed this bracelet with natural Sodalite, Hematite and black lava stones to help with insomnia. For an added benefit, use a drop or 2 of essential oil on the lava beads to diffuse. It features a silver "Dream" charm and is strung on stretch cord. While I designed this particular bracelet for insomnia, Sodalite, Hematite and Lava all have other healing properties. Please Note: The use of gemstones is not meant as a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis and treatment.

I am in Information technology. www.firemountaingems.com The way the pricing works is that if you buy between one and 14 of any item combination you pay the first price that you see, 15 to 49 items the second price, 50 items to 99 the third price and anything over 100 items you pay the fourth price. It is mix and match of anything.

idlc6625Hi I would like a 3strand bracelet, stretch very small wrist size 5😜..I like the lava stone and a blue stone would be good..I wear a lot of those two colors I have nerve pain over all of my body and back and neck chronic pain and insomnia..I'm not a very calm person..lol..would like a defuser one..no charm just beads..maybe 3 blue then 3of black..Idk maybe give me idea..also would need to know price

bloomandstoneco@idlc6625 If your wrist is 5" I would probably stay pretty close to that if you like it more fitted. As far as which stones will help, Lapis is great for insomnia. Do you feeling like you're stressed or more like anxiety? Amethyst is one of my favorites for anxiety. If it's more stress, Lapis and Amethyst will both work.
