jbchic@jeansaddictoh Hi! Yes, there is quite a bit of stretch to the knit portion. Less to the lace as the fabric content is different. The small is on the dress form. I take actual measurements as opposed to using a chart so refer to those posted. I'm 34D and usually a S in retail vanity sizing and this small is a big loose on me. It depends on how fitted you'd like it. Hope this helps..if you have further questions let me know💕
