My bags didn’t come with the strap as indicated in the photos could you please send the strap or straps that were supposed to be in bags

@malich_horton I'm so sorry to hear about this.We have double checked our end and cannot find any missing strap. The large purse has attached double ring handles. The clutch has an attached chain handle. The satchel has an attached single ring handle. Inside the clutch is an additional strap (manufacturer wrapped) for the larger purse. See pic 3. When I packed your purse, someone verified that all items are present and the purse was ready to ship. please feel free to open a case with Poshmark.
