Elegant formal dress, Royal Blue, One-Shoulder

This elegant floor-length dress is perfect for a formal, a wedding, prom, an anniversary, a dance or a gala. When I wore this dress, I got so many compliments on it. The off-the-shoulder look is very chic. I would recommend for a woman who is taller than 5'4" who is wearing heels, or if a woman is shorter, I would recommend wearing this while pregnant. I wore this to an event while pregnant and it was the perfect length to reach the floor with my big belly! This dress has only been worn once.
