@kathrynclark15 hi there. there is lots of room for hips as it flows out, the bottom part. also the waist is tie style so you can adjust the fit. :). L fits 10/12. fits true to size. I would do M for you. the bottom skirt again has good room for hips. :)

Pretty but bet it doesn't stretch out like the others I buy that will fit my 3X frame. Charlize?? Gorgeous. And again you are the sweetest lady alive. I so appreciate the HP. I bought three pair of shoes for myself/did not fit/ $100 a pair, But trying to get your money back is a different story. 😘🙄
