persuasions@hleomaeg yes. Our model is modeling the size small as well & has a 34" bust measurement. The bust on this is 20" laid flat from underarm to underarm laid flat & straight across which equals 40". It's not uncommon for a small to have a 40" bust when it's something w/a regular relaxed fit (not oversized, just regular relaxed). As you can see on our model Nicole it fits lovely. 👍🏻 please let us know if you have anymore questions.
