This is a really cute, white, long, size S BDG tank top from Urban Outfitters that could also be worn as a dress. When I wore it, I wore leggings underneath instead of jeans. It is very versatile. It has that burnout look to it, which is how it came. It is not from wearing it. I have worn it several times, but it is in brand new condition because I make sure to take excellent care of my clothes. The straps are adjustable and there is a line of ruching in the middle of the chest (see picture 4).
