liisavvv @ctaboy The color in the picture is very true to what it looks like in person. Not like a highlighter blue, but it's a rich color so it will stand out in a crowd. I would consider this short personally, but I tend to dress somewhat modestly. I think this dress would be appropriate for a wedding or a night out.
