I didn’t ask you if you made it yourself... I haven’t learned this technique yet but it’s on the list for the new year. I LOVE the combination of ruby and turquoise.

@riglem65 OMG! Yes I did make this...and so funny because I ALWAYS put that in the description but forgot on this one! I love wrapping wire....this was the first one for me as far as taking a stone with no hole or anything and wrapping it. It was challenging and the back doesn't look that wonderful, but I like how it came out on the front side.

@artisticwhit You did a fantastic job! I was so impressed I want to learn to do it... or “try” maybe. I have wire already. Just no nerve 😆😆😆. Merry Christmas 🎁🎄🎅🏼

@riglem65 By the way...I fixed the listing so it now lets folks know I made it (Thank you!) And when you are first trying to do the wire wrapping on a stone like this, something I saw somewhere that helped me was using blue tape to hold the wire against the stone at first, so it doesn't move around. Also, let the wire go where it needs to. It has to kind of happen organically. Good luck and let me know when you get to trying it!

@artisticwhit Now that’s awesome advice, and it really makes a lot of sense. Thanks again love. I truly wish you a special Christmas...😘💕💕💕

@artisticwhit I’m glad you changed it... You should definitely be bragging about your work, + there are people who realize what your talent is worth and are willing to (and PREFER) to buy something that’s actually hand crafted. I definitely, definitely get it. It’s not my forte....My forte is Santa’s (or Father Christmas) figures that I meticulously paint and “antique”... Anyway, good move!

@riglem65 Again, you are so sweet. I can't seem to find those people on here unfortunately! I have sold a few pieces, but would love to branch out more and get more of a "fan base" if you will....I need to figure out a name for my jewelry too. Something awesome...haven't been able to settle on the perfect one yet.

@riglem65 I thought about that....I do like it, but have a few more I have been throwing around. I suppose for now ArtisticWhit would work, especially just for My Poshmark, since people already know me as such.

@artisticwhit My thinking as well. I had a great one for myself when I was still at it... wrote it down so I wouldn’t forget. Lost the paper I wrote it on lol
