rossjchan @dktexas this dress is beautiful! Laying flat, it measures 12.5" across the waist, length is approx 31" (hem has appliqués so it's not straight), sleeves measure 21". Hope this helps 😊

rossjchan @jfrenchstudio hey, thanks for reaching out. The waist band isn’t stretchy, and I can’t say whether it runs true or small, I guess that depends on the brands we usually wear. If it helps, I would be happy to get you the waist measurements! I am out of state but will be back on Friday, if you don’t mind waiting.
