Rag & bone harrow bootie

In almost excellent condition black rag &a bone black bootie. Shiny leather and 3" stacked heel. Worn less than a handful of times but have a few minor scuffs on toes and heel. Adjustable strap with fun pushpin detail. These are sized 38 but I think they fit like a 7.
