@blessedandhumbl hi armpit to armpit for large is approx 18" and xl 19". Keep in mind the part that goes on shoulders has elastic so it won't fall And the material has stretch to it. Hope that helps

I do want it to cover my behind a little.😂And my arms are pretty long. Maybe between 22inches-23🤔
