meghanscloset9I purchased the pair of black satin isotoner slippers on Feb 2,2021. The shipping information shows a label was created but does not show that the post office received the package. I know that USPS is experiencing delays but it’s been NINE days and no tracking showing it was received by USPS? Because a label was generated I am unable to cancel the sale. Please advise.

char23and@meghanscloset9 I’m well aware (after shipping over 5000 items) how the USPS scanning process works, however, as I don’t work for them I cannot magically make your package start tracking. As stated, I shipped your package the day after you ordered, it’s now (both literally and figuratively) out of my hands. Please contact Posh support and/or the USPS to resolve the situation.

Not sure what you don’t understand, it’s a pretty simple concept/business model. Again, contact POSH who can actually do something about this situation.
