alyfacee@whitney5555 Sorry for the confusion! It is a one size fits all, since it is adjustable with both buckles. The size chart is inclusive of all sizes, depending on how you wear it. I have really wide hips (size 8 in jeans) so it works best as a waist belt for dresses for me. If you have a smaller size, it could for your waist. Hope that helps!
