nancynurse61Hi, I noticed the waist has a tie. You stated in your description it is elastic. Does the tie cinch the waist, or is it just for appearance? My concern is if it is a pullover, and without any zipper if i can get it over my shoulders and bust area. Any information would be appreciated. Thank you

austin_gal@nancynurse61 hi! The tie is more for appearance -- the waist is elasticized, and the only area that does not specifically unbutton. The waist is quite stretchy and you should have no problem getting it over the bust. Do you know your specific measurements? I can help you better determine. Thanks soo much!!
