cabernetvixen @calijc9395 hi there! Un-stretched it's 16" across and stretching the elasticized back it is nearly 20" - the material does not have stretch itself. Thank you for looking at my closet - have a wonderful evening.

The sm is 14 1/2 with 2 extra inches when stretching the elastic in back, underarm to underarm across the front and the md is 16" unstretched and 18" stretched- The material itself is not stretchy but there is a band of elastic across the low-cut back.
