sjwink@m_soss @m_soss hi there I'm happy to answer questions for you! So I'm 5'4 too and 120lbs but I wouldn't judge this dress by weight because everyone is built differently. My bust is 32 C and it definitely has some space to expand. It's meant for a bigger chested woman. In terms of stretch, maybe it has a little but not much. Refer to my bust and waist measurements in the listing.
