What are the waist and hip measurements please? Is the fabric thick enough that I could wear this under a Blazer to the office

@yourcarrier Thanks so much for your interest! I added the measurements to the listing. The fabric is fairly thin, but depending on the weather where you are, I think it would be great with a blazer maybe through fall. If there is a chill, just add some tights!
