terabeth@hssalmeron Hi! Sorry for the delay... This dress measures 35" from shoulder to hem. The length from shoulder to the top of the skirt part is roughly 16", and the length of the skirt itself is 19". (This is all one dress though! :) Hope this helps, and thanks for your interest!
