deege65@carlahoney As promised, I have some measurements for you. Keep in mind that is is an A-Line style, so there is no defined waist. I went down 15" from the top shoulder seams and then across at that point to give you an idea of the waist measurement. The biggest difference in the medium and the large is the length. Sending you this info in multiple posts, because it's long. :D

deege65@carlahoney Yes, its definitely stretchy! The fabric is 95% Rayon/5% Spandex. Care tag suggests hand wash/line dry. I like the A-Line style. Its really flattering.
