Super cute, I tried it on, runs big, okay to size down. Made In USA excellent quality! Small is on model and dress form - length 30"-34" and bust is 17" flat on small 18" on medium and 19" on large but it has a lot of stretch and is very flowy. 95/5 Rayon Spandex very soft and lightweight, could even be great to throw on over a bikini as a beach coverup, great for 4th of July BBQ or Memorial Day!
