missridgegal @brownskinde1 they have an elastic waistband,, so I would say a 2 or a 4 could wear them. In fact ,, I'm sure that a 2 and/or 4 could wear them because I used to be a 2 and now more of a 4 and they fit beautifully !! I'm a size 26 in most designer jeans and used to be more of a 25. One teaspoon my size varies w style
