@parkinsanna Yes! ๐ The tag says 4 but I think it definitely fits more like a 2. That is usually about a 26 inch waist. The good thing about skirts is that you have some wiggle room with the sizing because if it's a little snug you can just wear it a little higher up (at your natural waist) or if it's a little big you can just wear it a little lower.
