Vintage Distressed Cut off shorts. Light blue. Bought these at boutique they were vintage jeans restructured. Never had a tag but where labeled as medium. I think it would fit a 28 or larger possibly smaller belted for a relaxed look. Measurements in pictures. I received so many compliments on these super soft Denim and comfy!
