I'm thinking the difference that you notice in picture 3&4 is it looks like there's something underneath down by the legs of them pushing them out to show you the bell bottom look. I have never noticed that! Great eye!! 😁 but the first picture is exactly the pants with nothing pushing the bottom out. Of course you can see the pictures I have taken as well.
