Since there is only a 5% spandex stretch, how far across is the small? So I know whether or not it will fit down over my shoulders before I purchase 💕

@lorin01392 the top part that goes over your shoulders is stretchy. The 5% is in the rest of the body not the top part. Hope that helps!

@lorin01392 for the small laying flat and not stretched the Shoulder measurement is approximately 18". Fully stretched it goes up to approximately 21". Hope that helps
