bleubirdboho@jackie602 Hello! The top part stretches a bit but the skirt doesn't. Measurements are as follows: ☞MEDIUM Bust-16" Waist-14" length skirt-56" length shorts-13" ☞LARGE Bust-19" waist -15" length- 59" shorts- 14" Sorry for the delay. Hope that helps. I'm 34C, 5"3 height, 138 lbs.

bleubirdboho@jessidove Hi! I would go with the Large for you. These run TTS. I believe the measurements for both M and L are posted in comment above. But the top part does stretch and the girls shouldn't be exposed that much since the V neckline isn't that deep.
