londonslure@ellasaunt Hey! Sorry I'm just getting to this! It looks like these vests are sized for adults so I think they run pretty true to a size Large, so I believe it would fit if you wear a size large at Old Navy, though I can't be positive that the sizing is the same but I'm thinking looking at the vest that they are probably pretty similar.
