One shouldered with large blue roses for the strap, has a tight rouched bodice leading to a mermaid skirt covered in ruffles & blue roses. The sweetheart neckline & back is covered in gems which makes it sparkle! Extremely well fitted, this gown is fantastic, fun and easy to wear. High quality.
