@heahay Yes it is! :) I measured, It’s a little challenging to give measures since fur fills inside. This •One Size• hat measures inside 11.5-12” held taught straight across. I measured my head & it’s 21 1/2” (show in pix:). It’s a Gorgeous Piece.
