Teal summer dress, lined skirt. Great soft material. Ruffles around neck and tie back. Straps were held together by silly cheap plastic, which has started to fail. I planned to just tack them in place with a few stitches, but this is such a simple fix and will vary based on the person wearing it, so I am leaving as is
