morgenne @shopscbohemian I'm pretty sure this runs true to size! I am long waisted though and it was a bit too short for me but my sister wore it fine. It is padded, kind of what you would find inside a padded cami, also the ruffles cover the breast area 😊

morgenne @shelbyl0ve27 Just checked the suit and when laid flat it looks like regular bottoms but it really is more of a high cut in the back. Hope that helped!
