There is elastic around the top edge for stretch. If you need any other specific measurements let me know. I'm 36C Bust & 114 Lbs. if that helps. agingerstyle @mandybeez I'm not sure it would be a good fit. My advice is to measure a top that fits good from underwear to underarm and see if it matches the measurements in my description. I personally vary on everything. I have "areas" that might not work for a typical size. My bust is 36C and the best fit for me on this is Large. Look at the Gray Cold Shoulder, and Light Blue Cold Shoulder to see if they will be a better fit.
