ali_sch @amyjo_000 i wish i had the right answer for that but i dont want to tell you something will fit then it doesnt. Its european sizes 8(s) 10(m) 12(l) 14(xl) i hope that helps a bit! However if youre between a small and medium i would go with medium to be safe. Totally up to you

ali_sch @modgirl77 hi love! This is elastic up top, not sure what you mean by wearing it on the shoulder. I guess it would just be based on how you position it. Hope that helps!
