brochaus14Hello gorgeous I got my package and everything is just beautiful but I want to see if I can possibly with out making you made are causing a big problem? But the earrings and the braclet I would not have really picked out for the necklace if in person . You just cant tell if not in person . Ya know ?

Jan 25Reply

brochaus14But they are beautiful dont get me wrong just dont need them . So can I send those 2 back for the long chain ones that have the tiny black onyx at the end for 29 and I will pay the difference please please ?

Jan 25Reply

whenandwear@brochaus14 ok sure no worries👍😊 you have to be happy with your purchase ❤️so please send back what you won’t wear and let’s work out the difference so you can purchase the gorgeous black onyx threaders

brochaus14@whenandwear hi beautiful can I ask you how do I go about returning the 2 back so I can get the one pair of earrings ? I dont know how?

Jan 26Reply

whenandwear@brochaus14 ok let’s do this. Send back the two items you don’t want. Accept the order and release the funds. I will send you out the gorgeous earrings on Monday. No difference in price. Like an exchange. happy 😊 customers are important for me :)

Jan 26Reply

brochaus14@whenandwear ok thank you doll but I thought I could get PM would do a return label for me or no?

Jan 26Reply

whenandwear@brochaus14 in fact there is a no return policy😞. So sending me the items back would be on you for the postage.
