This beautiful dress is a Handmade Rainbow  baby  Tutu Dress. This dress has Ref, Yellow, Green, Blue and Purple. Has 2 double layers of tulle. The bottom layer is about 10 inches long, the top layer is about 8 inches long. This dress with fit from 0-12 Months. The top will stretch to about a 20 inch circumference (the paper towel roll is 18 inches.) Comes with a handmade matching headband too.

violetsmama2017 My baby girl, violets, first birthday is in two months and its rainbow and unicorn themed, is the top super see through in the patches?

ankpretties @violetsmama2017 it’s just as pictured. It fits up to 12M but if she wears a solid 12 M I would recommend the next size up if you are concerned about the holes being see through. When my girls were little, I didn’t mind the holes being see though. I can see if I can find a picture of them around that age in one.
