maddybirn@snarb yes they are a true XS! I wear an XS in every other activewear brand because I like leggings tight, but in Outdoor Voices I actually prefer their S because the XS is a little too snug on me so they will be perfect for a petite slender girl! Let me know if you have any other questions :)
