This is a vintage Girls dress. Over 50 years old and in great shape. Features the Wizard of Oz characters. Three button back closure. Blue trim on bottom and side slits. There are a couple of spots, but otherwise in excellent condition for its age. This was my dress as a girl. Pit to pit is 13" and shoulder to hem is 22" approx.
