topfangear @priscillagoff I have one 27 in the wash like the picture and I also have medium and darker washes, the 28 I have only darker washes. These are all vintage shorts and run 1-2 sizes smaller. So I recommend going up a size or 2. If you know your waist and hips measurements, I can make sure to send you one to fit your measurements

topfangear @catykuzma unfortunately other shorts are made differently than Levi's high waisted shorts. If your waist is 26, there is no way you would fit in a 23/24. You wouldn't be able to zip them since that waist would be 23/24.

topfangear @cassieannc it's best to go up 2 sizes if you want it a little looser and to fit. In the photo they are not super tight but a little looser. They run 1-2 sizes smaller so it's best to go up in size

topfangear @camposard dark wash is just dark blue denim it's not pictured in this listing. You can see some of my other listings for dark blue. Medium is pictured on model and the bottom picture but every shorts has slight variation to the shade and won't be exactly the same
