This is a NWT ("new with tags" for you new poshers😊) black floral pencil skirt from Express. It is a size 0 but fits a size 2, as well. The flowers vary in color from blushes, periwinkle, lavender, sage and bright pinks. There is a black lace trim on the bottom, and the material is thick (not sheer!), stretchy and flattering for your assets 😉 The closure is a hidden centered back zipper with a hook closure at the top.
