jkelly77 @lisatocute Hi I just looked on my side where my sales are and it gives me a timestamped log (it does on your side also if you look under my purchases). It says 4/17/16 at 9:56am it was marked as undeliverable as addressed. When you set up your account and address it might be a number off or something like that I'm not quite sure. It prints out whatever you have as your address so maybe double check it and make sure it's correct. 😀

jkelly77 @lisatocute I don't want to put it on this active listing because you don't want someone else seeing it 😉 go to your bottom right hand side to your account and hit your purchases and it'll show you the watch and hit on the information and it's right on top. If you're having problems with it, it'll give you the option to contact Poshmark Support and they'll be able to help. I'm the seller and your the customer it has to be done from your side, it doesn't let me. I hope this makes sense. 😃

jkelly77 @lisatocute oh ok then you're probably going to have to go to your postal office and see where the package is since they're the ones that would have it. Usually they put up the items. I've sold over 645 items and never had any come back or anything so I'm sure they hold onto it for you 😊❤️

jkelly77 @lisatocute They'll be delivered by your regular post office worker anytime you order from Poshmark they are Priority Mail. I'm not sure since I'm in Michigan if Washington DC is the same as here. But USPS is our post office and UPS is a delivery truck. But if they don't come which they normally only take like 2-3 days then check with your mailman or the place. And no worries I'm glad you are letting me know 😊

jkelly77 @lisatocute Good morning and I am not sure what is going on with your mailman but on my end it says pending acceptance that it was delivered to you on the 19th. You will have to check with the people that deliver your mail. It was 2 separate packages because you purchased them a day apart.

jkelly77 @lisatocute Ok I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you and very weird that the post office didn't know what is going on. The first one was purchased at night on the 11th and I mailed it first thing on the 12th. The 2nd you bought on the 12th and I mailed it out the next morning. All my other 15 or so sales since then were delivered and received by 2-3 days. Best of luck!
