Lace and sequin mermaid CUSTOM MADE gorgeous purple peplum evening dress! SLEEVES ARE REMOVABLE- They are lightly stitched on and I can have them removed if you'd like that, it would then just be a strapless dress. It was hemmed for me (5'3 with 5 inch heels). Worn once for 5 hours
