The measurements from shoulder to shoulder are 13in, Across the chest from under the arms are 15in, Waist 12.5in, And the dress does stretch a bit an extra 2 inches. From shoulder to waist it's 14 inches. I added a couple photos. I'm in the process of moving so please excuse the wrinkles. Thank you for your interest. 🌹
