houseofgentry@lilley4 thanks! Good morning! The armholes are slightly exaggerated to give this a comfy roomy feel. So if I measure that flat, it comes to 23 which is incorrect since is does not lay at the bust. It's closer to 17 inches on the bust front. The front length from shoulder to hem is 23 inches

houseofgentry@beebs411 added a photo in the small. The arms feel snug on my biceps, I would just pull it out the wash and hang dry. I'm wearing a sport bra, but felt I had enough room in my busy and it's a boxy fit so it wasn't too tight either. I think above there are some measurements if you want to compare to be sure.
