livianna@blueyedangel72 For the Large, the underarm to underarm measurement is 18.5" but this one does narrow a bit in the torso. The narrowest point is 18" across. The bottom hem is a "U" shape and from the very, very top of the shoulder to the shortest point on the side is 23.5". To the longest point in the middle of the "U" is 28.5".
