bachsmom @charliesplace09 LOL… OK maybe I didn't ask that right. Does the ruffle go around the top separately from around the sleeve? I have a hard time with elastic just in one big round circle all the way around. I can't seem to keep it in place mostly because my shoulders are wider than the rest of my body!
