Size small fits 6-8, size medium fits 10-12, size large fits 14-16. Material is rayon spandex. auralee @lilhutty this is really cute, but I think it would be a little too big. I recommend this size small for a size 4-6. Again it might be more like a dress on you. I hope this has helped.

auralee @marylynn47 hello, Large is all Sold Out, but the Bust on a medium is 48 inches. These are very roomy. I kept a size small for myself and I usually take a medium, so a medium would probably fit you just fine.
