tac66 @tbrooks19762 hi Scarlett, I would suggest the large if you want to wear it with something underneath. I wear a small (size 2). and it fits perfect. Please look at the measurements, there isn’t a lot of difference in the measurement of the Sm, Med & Lg. If you purchase I will stand behind it, Just contact me and we’ll fix it😊Traci.
