This adorable dress can be worn with or without straps - straps are removable and adjustable! Worn once for an event - in excellent condition! No rips or holes. cali_collective@klove66 Hi! 😊 The straps on this dress are adjustable (+ removable to make it strapless!), but I am 5'5" and have them adjusted to 34.5" from the top of shoulder to the bottom of dress (laying flat). Armpit is 17" (34" total). The material is 100% polyester and isn't stretchy. There is a zipper along the side of the dress though to help make it easier to put on/take off. It's very light and has a rubber lining around the bust area to help keep it up when you are wearing it strapless. Thanks!
