ten21eleven @starrn1007 Hi! Sure! I measure the bust/chest of my items laying flat, and from underarm to underarm. The large in this measures 19" across this area. ( You can double that number for what would be your band size in a bra). Hope this helps!

ten21eleven @starrn1007 Hi again! There isn't any "stretch" to this as in Spandex stretch. The 19"measurement was done with it being pretty taut to give the fullest measurement.

ten21eleven @dior05 The waist on the Medium is approximately 15" laying flat. The large is approximately 16". It's a little tough to measure since the fabric is soft and not rigid.
